Safely hauling ash and dirt at the Chesterfield Power Plant
The Chester positions are dedicated on-site hauling work. You run a defined route inside the plant, load ash and dirt, and keep the operation moving — no long-haul nights away from home. Safety and consistency come first, every load.

Show up, get paid for 40
If you show up for work every scheduled day, you're guaranteed 40 hours of pay — even if a job is canceled for rain or other conditions. Taking vacation (VAC) does not count against the guarantee.

Weekdays plus 2 Saturdays a month
A standard weekday schedule with two required Saturdays per month. Consistent hours make work-life planning simple.
